Return policy
The consumer has the right to freely terminate this contract within 14 calendar days, without needing to indicate any reason.
The period for exercising the right of free resolution expires 14 days from the day following the day on which you acquire or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of free termination, you must communicate your decision to terminate this contract by means of an unequivocal statement, by letter sent by post, fax, email or the form below, which must be preceded by contact with the company, available on the website, and for this purpose you must indicate the order number, the description or reference of the product(s) to be returned and the intended method of refunding the amount paid.
If you use the form, we will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of the request for resolution by the most expeditious means.
For the free resolution period to be respected, it is sufficient that your communication regarding the exercise of the right to free resolution is sent before the end of the resolution period.
IMPORTANT - When returning, you must photograph the condition of the work, in all dimensions, pack as shipped and attach all documentation sent, certificate of work of art and assembly instructions
In the event of termination of this contract, payments made will be refunded with the exception of delivery costs.
